Wish強(qiáng)烈建議商戶提前檢討相關(guān)產(chǎn)品/訂單是否符合新的尺碼/重量/品類限制要求。
若您的產(chǎn)品/訂單不符合新的尺碼/重量/品類限制要求,請前往WishPost申訴工具頁面,在線提交申訴以申請將該產(chǎn)品或相關(guān)訂單從A+物流計(jì)劃中移除。商戶需重點(diǎn)擊申訴提交“頁面下方“templatedownload”下載更新模板并填寫目的產(chǎn)品或訂單的“產(chǎn)品ID(ProductID)”和/或“訂單ID(OrderID)”,”體積”、“重量”、“意向渠道”以及“產(chǎn)品屬性”。請注意,”產(chǎn)品屬性”為必填項(xiàng),點(diǎn)擊可在下拉框中選擇產(chǎn)品屬性。Wish將在3-4個工作日內(nèi)審核您的申請。如果審核通過,則該產(chǎn)品/訂單將會從A+物流計(jì)劃中移除,成為普通訂單,之后需要商戶自行選擇其他渠道實(shí)行這些訂單。
A+物流計(jì)劃現(xiàn)已經(jīng)為商戶屏蔽了絕大部分防疫物品。如果商戶仍然收到了新型冠狀病毒防疫類產(chǎn)品的訂單:
1).建議商戶先不要為訂單標(biāo)志為“已發(fā)貨“。請盡快前往WishPost申訴工具頁面,在線提交申訴,提供該防疫類訂單的訂單ID、產(chǎn)品ID,將該訂單從A+物流計(jì)劃中移除,一般在提出申請后的3-4個工作日便可改變?yōu)榉茿+物流計(jì)劃訂單,隨后請商戶通過自有渠道及時實(shí)行。
2).如果已經(jīng)將訂單標(biāo)志為“已發(fā)貨“的話,請盡快將該防疫類訂單的訂單ID和產(chǎn)品ID提交給客戶經(jīng)理,審核成功后將改變?yōu)榉茿+物流計(jì)劃訂單,商戶將在商戶平臺收到重新實(shí)行訂單的通知,并可以重置物流跟蹤單號。
3).如果商戶自行撤消該類訂單的話,將受到商戶政策第5.9條-撤消訂單賠款政策的束縛,或被處以相應(yīng)的賠款。
4).對于已配送到指定A+物流計(jì)劃倉庫的防疫類貨品訂單,請盡快將其訂單ID和產(chǎn)品ID提交給客戶經(jīng)理,審核成功后將改變?yōu)榉茿+物流計(jì)劃訂單,商戶將在商戶平臺收到重新實(shí)行訂單的通知,并可以重置物流跟蹤單號。與此同時,如果商戶還有該防疫類訂單產(chǎn)品的庫存,請先應(yīng)用庫存配送,同時聯(lián)系倉庫或WishPost客服取回滯留倉庫的貨品。
1).Wish建議商戶提前自查產(chǎn)品,及早提交申請屏蔽對應(yīng)路向不支撐承運(yùn)的產(chǎn)品;
2).若訂單已達(dá)到A+物流計(jì)劃倉庫,可聯(lián)系對應(yīng)的倉庫申請退回。

4.WhatifIreceiveanordermarkedas“AdvancedLogisticsProgramOrder”,buttheproductitselfisnotacceptedorsupportedbytheprogramforshippingtothecorrespondingdestinationcountry?
Youareadvisedtoreviewyourproduct’seligibilityinadvancefortheAdvancedLogisticsProgram.Ifaproductororderisnotwithinthedimension,weight,orcategorylimitssupportedbytheAdvancedLogisticsProgram,pleasenavigatetoWishPost>theDisputeToolkitspage,andsubmitanonlinedisputeassoonaspossibleinordertoremovethisproductorrelatedordersfromtheAdvancedLogisticsProgram.Onthe“SubmitDispute”page,pleaseclick“templatedownload”todownloadthelatesttemplateandfillintherelevant“ProductID”/“OrderID”,“Volume”,“Weight”,“PreferredChannel”,and“ProductAttribute”.Notethatthe“ProductAttribute”isarequiredfieldthatyoucanclickontoreveala -downmenuforselecting.Wishwillreviewandprocessyourrequestwithin3-4businessdays.Ifapproved,theorderwillberemovedfromtheAdvancedLogisticsProgram,andyoumaydirectly shiprelatedorderstocustomersafterward.
5.DoestheAdvancedLogisticsProgramacceptCOVID-19relatedproducts?
Currently,mostCOVID-19relatedproductsarenotsupportedbytheAdvancedLogisticsProgram.Ifyoureceiveanorderforsuchproductsstill,pleaserefertothefollowinginstructions:
1).First,pleasedonotmarktheordershipped.PleasenavigatetoWishPost>theDisputeToolkitspage,andsubmitanonlinedisputewiththerelevantOrderIDandProductIDinordertoremovetheorderfromtheAdvancedLogisticsProgram.Wishwillreviewandprocessyourrequestwithin3-4businessdays.Ifapproved,theorderwillberemovedfromtheAdvancedLogisticsProgram,andyoumaychooseothershippingchannelstofulfilltheorder.
2).Iftheorderisalreadymarkedshipped,pleasesendtheOrderIDandProductIDtoyourAccountManagerassoonaspossibletoremovetheorderfromtheprogram.Aftertheorderisremovedfromtheprogram,youwillreceiveanotificationontheMerchantDashboardremindingyoutocontinuefulfillingtheorder.Nowthelogisticstrackingnumbercanalsobeupdated.
3).Ifyourefundtheorder,youwillbesubjecttothe“OrderCancellationPenaltyPolicy”orapplicablepenalties.
4).IftheorderisalreadydeliveredtothedesignatedAdvancedLogisticsProgramwarehouse,pleasesendtheOrderIDandProductIDtoyourAccountManagerassoonaspossibletoremovetheorderfromtheProgram.AftertheorderisremovedfromtheProgram,youwillreceiveanotificationontheMerchantDashboardremindingyoutocontinuefulfillingtheorder.Nowthelogisticstrackingnumbercanalsobeupdated.Inthemeantime,youcanchoosetoshipthisorderusingyourinventoryandthenrequesttoretrievetheproductbackloggedinthewarehousebycontactingthewarehouseorWishPostCustomerServiceteam.
6.IfanAdvancedLogisticProgramorderisdeliveredtothewarehousebutreturnedtomerchantsbecauseitisbeyondtheweight/dimension/categorylimits,howshouldIcontinuefulfillingtheorder?
1).YouareadvisedtoreviewyourproductsinadvanceandsubmittheonlinedisputeviaWishPost>theDisputeToolkitspageinordertoremoveallproductsthatarenotwithintherelevantlimitrequirementsfromtheAdvancedLogisticsProgram.
2).Iftheorderalreadyarrivesatthewarehouse,pleasecontacttherespectivewarehousetoreturntheproduct.
