通過Wish出售產(chǎn)品的商戶可能有責(zé)任就其在特定 /地域的訂單代收和代繳稅費(fèi)，Wish不會代為收取和繳納。代收代繳責(zé)任由誰實(shí)行取決于商品的價(jià)值。

若當(dāng)?shù)胤梢?guī)定商戶有義務(wù)以及Wish有責(zé)任確認(rèn)商戶的稅務(wù)合規(guī)情形，商戶應(yīng)向Wish提供其訂單詳情（如訂單數(shù)目、價(jià)值、代收稅費(fèi)和代繳稅費(fèi)等），以便Wish定期審查商戶是否完整遵照當(dāng)?shù)胤?。若商戶存在不合?guī)情形，Wish有權(quán)從平臺刪除該商戶賬戶。

TheMerchantshallberequiredtoprovideWishwithdetailsregardingitssales(e.g.volume,value,taxcollected,taxremitted,etc.)forWishtoperformperiodicreviewsthattheMerchantisfullycompliantwiththelocallaw,wheretheMerchantisliableandWishhasalegalobligationtoconfirmtheMerchant’staxcompliance.WheretheMerchantfailstobecompliant,WishreservestherighttoremovetheMerchantfromitsplatform.
