如果由于產(chǎn)品送達(dá)時(shí)已破壞而發(fā)生退款,商戶(hù)需承擔(dān)100%退款義務(wù)。
商戶(hù)可以對(duì)此類(lèi)退款進(jìn)行申訴。
7.9對(duì)于因產(chǎn)品與產(chǎn)品詳情頁(yè)不符而發(fā)生的退款,商戶(hù)需承擔(dān)100%退款義務(wù)
若因用戶(hù)收到的產(chǎn)品與產(chǎn)品詳情頁(yè)不符而發(fā)生退款,商戶(hù)需承擔(dān)100%退款義務(wù)。
注意:產(chǎn)品圖片應(yīng)精確展示所售產(chǎn)品。產(chǎn)品圖片和產(chǎn)品描寫(xiě)的不一致會(huì)導(dǎo)致訂單因“產(chǎn)品與產(chǎn)品詳情頁(yè)不符”而被退款。
商戶(hù)可以對(duì)此類(lèi)退款進(jìn)行申訴。
7.10如果賬戶(hù)被暫停,店鋪需承擔(dān)100%退款義務(wù)
如果在商戶(hù)賬戶(hù)暫停期間產(chǎn)生退款,商戶(hù)需承擔(dān)100%退款義務(wù)。
商戶(hù)不可對(duì)此類(lèi)退款進(jìn)行申訴。
7.11對(duì)于退款率極高的產(chǎn)品,商戶(hù)需承擔(dān)100%退款義務(wù)
對(duì)于每款退款率極高的產(chǎn)品,商戶(hù)都會(huì)收到相應(yīng)的違規(guī)通知。商戶(hù)需對(duì)此類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的所有訂單承擔(dān)100%退款義務(wù),包含今后和追溯到更后一次付款的所有訂單。退款率是指某個(gè)時(shí)段內(nèi)退款訂單數(shù)與總訂單總數(shù)之比。退款率低于5%是可接收的。
依據(jù)退款率的高下,產(chǎn)品可能會(huì)被Wish移除。未被Wish移除的高退款率產(chǎn)品將會(huì)被定期重新評(píng)估。若該產(chǎn)品堅(jiān)持較低的退款率,商戶(hù)將無(wú)需再依據(jù)本政策承擔(dān)100%退款義務(wù)。
商戶(hù)不可對(duì)此類(lèi)退款進(jìn)行申訴。

7.12對(duì)于被判定為仿品的產(chǎn)品,商戶(hù)需承擔(dān)100%退款義務(wù)
Wish平臺(tái)制止出售仿品。侵占知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的產(chǎn)品將被移除,且商戶(hù)需承擔(dān)相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品的100%退款義務(wù)。
商戶(hù)可以在商戶(hù)平臺(tái)的相應(yīng)違規(guī)頁(yè)面對(duì)此類(lèi)退款進(jìn)行申訴。
7.13對(duì)于送錯(cuò)地址的產(chǎn)品,商戶(hù)需承擔(dān)100%退款義務(wù)
如果因產(chǎn)品配送至錯(cuò)誤地址而發(fā)生退款,商戶(hù)需承擔(dān)100%退款義務(wù)。
商戶(hù)可以對(duì)此類(lèi)退款進(jìn)行申訴。
7.14對(duì)于任何配送不完全的訂單,商戶(hù)需承擔(dān)100%退款義務(wù)
如果因訂單配送不完全而發(fā)生退款,商戶(hù)需承擔(dān)100%退款義務(wù)。配送不完全訂單是指商戶(hù)配送的產(chǎn)品數(shù)目不精確或者沒(méi)有配送產(chǎn)品的所有部件。
商戶(hù)可以對(duì)此類(lèi)退款進(jìn)行申訴。

Note:Productimagesshouldaccuratelydepicttheproductbeingsold.Contradictionsbetweentheproductimageandproductdescriptioncouldresultinrefundsforitemsnotmatchingthelistings.

7.10Ifanaccountissuspended,thestoreisresponsiblefor100%ofanyrefund
Ifarefundoccurswhilethemerchantaccountissuspended,themerchantisresponsiblefor100%ofthecostoftherefund.

7.11Merchantisresponsiblefor100%ofanyrefundforproductswithanextremelyhighrefundratio
Merchantswillreceiveaninfractionforeachproductwithanextremelyhighrefundratio.Themerchantisresponsiblefor100%ofthecostofrefundforallordersfortheproductgoingforwardandretroactivelyuptothelastpayment.Refundratioisthenumberofordersrefundedoverthetotalnumberofordersreceivedduringatimeperiod.Arefundratiooflessthan5%isacceptable.
Dependingontherefundratio,productsmayberemovedfromWish.ProductsthathaveahighrefundratioandarenotremovedfromWisharere-evaluatedperiodically.Iftheproductisfoundtohavealowrefundratio,themerchantwillnolongerberesponsiblefor100%ofrefundsduetothispolicy.
Merchantsarenotallowedtodisputetheserefunds.

7.14Merchantisresponsiblefor100%ofanyrefundforitemsthatareshippedincompletely
Ifarefundoccursbecausetheordershippedwasincomplete,themerchantisresponsiblefor100%ofthecostoftherefund.Anincompleteorderisanorderwherethemerchantdidnotshipthecorrectquantityofitemsordidnotshipallpartsofanitem.
Merchantsareallowedtodisputetheserefunds.
