/api/v2/order
/api/v2/order/get-fulfill
/api/v2/order/create-download-job
Wish help merchants comply with new requirements from Brazilian Post and Telegraph Corporation (effective January 2020)
See below for an example shown in the Orders > History page:
For Brazil-bound orders originated outside of Mainland China
For all Brazil-bound orders released after July 1, 2020 12:00AM UTC, the Merchant Dashboard Orders > Unfulfilled Orders page and Merchant Dashboard Orders > History page will show a flag that states “Brazil Order” to indicate that customer CPF information is required for shipping these orders. See below for an example shown in the Orders > History page:
Upon collection of customer CPF information, Wish will surface to all merchants shipping Brazil-bound orders from outside of Mainland China the customer CPF information via Merchant Dashboard Orders > Action Required page and Orders > History page, CSV download, and API, so that these merchants have all necessary information to fulfill orders smoothly and comply with the above new requirement.
Merchants are able to access customer CPF for all Brazil-bound orders via the following three methods:
Manually
Navigate to Orders > Unfulfilled Orders and/or Orders > History dashboard, and locate an order you’re interested in and navigate to the “Order details” page (on the Unfulfilled Orders page, click the three dots under the "Action" column, and click "View details"; on the History page, simply click the Order Id).
Then, navigate to “Order overview” section on this page, and you’ll see “Customer CPF” at the bOTTOm of the Shipping Address field:
Alternatively, on the Orders > Unfulfilled Orders and/or Orders > History page, you can navigate to the “Ship to” column of an order and click the link below. A popup modal will appear, and you’ll be able to view “Customer CPF” at the bottom of the modal. See below for an example shown in the Orders > History page:
Feed File
Also on the Orders > Unfulfilled Orders and/or Orders > History page, download all orders as a CSV file, and you’ll be able to find the CPF information under the “Customer Identity Number” column in the exported file:
API Retrieval
You will be able to view the Customer CPF in responses for the following API calls for retrieving orders:
/api/v2/order
/api/v2/order/get-fulfill
/api/v2/order/create-download-job
Specifically, the CPF information will be provided under the “customer_identity_number” field in API responses.
Given the above, merchants can be assured that CPF information will be surfaced to them so that they can generate parcel shipping labels compliant with Brazilian Post and Telegraph Corporation’s new requirement. We encourage merchants to continue enabling Brazil as a destination country and fulfilling all Brazil-bound orders per normal procedures.
Please note that Wish has been surfacing CPF information to all Brazil-based merchants (i.e. merchants shipping Brazil-bound orders from within Brazil) on an ongoing basis. Please visit this FAQ article for more information.
