外貿(mào)跨境電商,被投訴品牌侵權(quán),要怎么申訴 在12月27號(hào)的時(shí)候,有一個(gè)鏈接被亞馬遜下架了,郵件提示侵犯了商標(biāo)權(quán)。我查了一下,這個(gè)商標(biāo)是因?yàn)槟硞€(gè)賣(mài)家把這類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的關(guān)鍵詞注冊(cè)為商標(biāo),我的鏈接標(biāo)題,產(chǎn)品描述里面有使用到這個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞,導(dǎo)致我的鏈接被下架。
1.把鏈接里面出現(xiàn)這個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞的地方全部刪掉。(搜索關(guān)鍵詞里面也要?jiǎng)h掉,亞馬遜檢測(cè)的到)
2.盡可能的把標(biāo)題,產(chǎn)品描述,5要素簡(jiǎn)單化,這樣子可以避免因?yàn)槠渌年P(guān)鍵詞被審核。
3.聯(lián)系亞馬遜英文客服,但是英文客服回復(fù)的比較慢。當(dāng)天我選擇用模板刷新我的鏈接內(nèi)容。(在后臺(tái)更改的話(huà),是沒(méi)有權(quán)限的)
4.在數(shù)據(jù)更新之后,發(fā)申訴信給亞馬遜相關(guān)的團(tuán)隊(duì)。
發(fā)快遞申訴信的24小時(shí)之后,亞馬遜沒(méi)有回復(fù),我又重新發(fā)快遞了一封。第2天顯示鏈接可售,評(píng)價(jià)也恢復(fù)了。

Thank you for giving us this opportunity to appeal. After receiving your warning email, we found that our Products may violate Amazons Intellectual Property Policy. We immediately conducted an investigation and found that our products of ASIN: XXXX did violate the trademark infringement of the right owner, but please believe us that we did not intentionally do that. The following are the root causes of this incident and the measures we have taken to resolve and prevent it.
According to the patent number 8XXX mentioned in your warning email, we have checked relevant information in the official website of USPTO. I found that the keyword XXX I used in the Asin has been registered as a trademark. Here are the trademark infringemen owners message we checked out.
So, I changed the title and product description of the link in the background for the first time,deleted the words XXX, and contacted Amazon customer service to help me recheck it to ensure that other peoples trademarks no longer appear. We are aware that the prob/lem has been positively modified and we have now made sure that there is no infringement.
We believe that with our continuous efforts, we will have a better understanding of Amazons sales policy and become an excellent Amazon seller. We would appreciate it if you could give us another chance.
