亞馬遜申訴恢復(fù)銷售權(quán)限郵件如何寫(xiě)
關(guān)于刷單刷評(píng)這件事,很多賣家要么沒(méi)有意識(shí)到其對(duì)賬號(hào)安全的嚴(yán)重性,要么抱著投機(jī)心幻想僥幸不被查到,所以雖然亞馬遜推出了很嚴(yán)格的整理辦法,刪除一些虛偽評(píng)價(jià),刷評(píng)之風(fēng)依然是屢禁不止暗潮涌動(dòng)。但有句話說(shuō),出來(lái)混,畢竟是要還的。在大家評(píng)估的刷評(píng)被發(fā)明刪除虛偽評(píng)價(jià)之外,平臺(tái)在對(duì)處分辦法升級(jí),刷評(píng)有可能直接導(dǎo)致賬號(hào)受限。比如下面這封郵件,就是一個(gè)賣家收到的亞馬遜的暫停出售權(quán)限的通知。
Hello,
We are contacting you due to recent, routine monitoring of your account activity. We regret to inform you that your selling privileges have been temporarily removed and you are currently no longer able to sell on Amazon. This is due to unusual activity related to the Misuse of Sales Rank section of our Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions policy and in accordance with your Seller Agreement.
If you Wish to request reinstatement of your selling privileges, please thoroughly review the policy and see how to Appeal the Removal of Selling Privileges through the creation and submission of a Plan of Action on Seller Central.
After receiving your appeal, we'll notify you of our decision by e-mail,usually within 48 hours. We review all appeals carefully; however, submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement of your selling privileges. Any funds that are currently in your account will not be disbursed while your appeal is under review. 信任很多賣家都曾經(jīng)收到過(guò)亞馬遜賣家績(jī)效團(tuán)隊(duì)的郵件通知,而最讓人揪心的就是出售權(quán)限被移除,對(duì)于這類通知,有些是可以寫(xiě)行為籌劃(Action Plan)申述的,有些是不接收申述的。
當(dāng)你讀到通知的時(shí)候,自己心里就應(yīng)當(dāng)有個(gè)大概的結(jié)論,然后再針對(duì)性的采用辦法,典范的不可申述的情形包含郵件中有直接解釋不接收申述也不再對(duì)申述做出回復(fù)的語(yǔ)句,還有一種情形是,郵件里面有寫(xiě)到,賬號(hào)里的款項(xiàng)將在90天后釋放的語(yǔ)句,這種狀態(tài),申述解限的幾率非常渺茫。
但上面這封郵件顯然不是這種情形,郵件中提到,出售權(quán)限的移除是暫時(shí)的(your selling privileges have been temporarily removed),同時(shí)還特意的有一段強(qiáng)調(diào)了績(jī)效團(tuán)隊(duì)將如何處置你的申述郵件,郵件內(nèi)容說(shuō)得很詳細(xì),導(dǎo)向其實(shí)也很明白,就是愿望賣家能夠認(rèn)清違規(guī)的實(shí)行,做出有效的整改辦法,亞馬遜績(jī)效團(tuán)隊(duì)將依據(jù)你的改良籌劃,給以恢復(fù)出售權(quán)限。
所以,通篇郵件匯總成一句話:你寫(xiě)一封好的針對(duì)性強(qiáng)的保證書(shū),我給你一次機(jī)遇。
我也就賬號(hào)受限原因向賣家求證過(guò),原因就是,一個(gè)新店鋪,對(duì)于新的Listing,賣家習(xí)慣性的以高折扣率的方法找十個(gè)左右的寫(xiě)手寫(xiě)Review,Review是有了,也被平臺(tái)給抓住了??赡芟啾葦M很多大賣家的刷評(píng)數(shù)目來(lái)說(shuō),這個(gè)店鋪所刷的數(shù)目確切不算什么,可是在這個(gè)店鋪?zhàn)陨淼捏w量來(lái)看,顯然是有點(diǎn)過(guò)了。
關(guān)于這封郵件以及所有涉及到恢復(fù)出售權(quán)限的郵件的的申述,我的建議就是郵件必定要詳細(xì)真摯,內(nèi)容針對(duì)性強(qiáng),在郵件開(kāi)頭一段對(duì)自己賬號(hào)所面臨的問(wèn)題做簡(jiǎn)略的解釋,解釋產(chǎn)生這種情形的原因并表現(xiàn)負(fù)疚。然后,從第二段開(kāi)端,大概用三點(diǎn)內(nèi)容來(lái)對(duì)自己以后的行為籌劃做較詳細(xì)的解釋,改良籌劃不要太多,也不要和前邊產(chǎn)生的問(wèn)題點(diǎn)不相關(guān)的胡亂寫(xiě),三點(diǎn)整改籌劃要層層相扣,每個(gè)籌劃點(diǎn)的內(nèi)容也不要太長(zhǎng),一般以三行文字左右即可,簡(jiǎn)略清楚的做出解釋,既要說(shuō)到點(diǎn)子上,又要避免內(nèi)容太多而讓審核的人不愿意往下讀。
當(dāng)然,通篇郵件,真摯的語(yǔ)句是必需的。既然要表達(dá)真摯,模板顯然就有點(diǎn)失效了,試想,假設(shè)一個(gè)亞馬遜績(jī)效團(tuán)隊(duì)的成員持續(xù)讀到三次同樣的郵件,你認(rèn)為給你賬號(hào)解限的可能性會(huì)有多大呢?
