移除訂單詳情報(bào)告（概覽）

該報(bào)告提供移除訂單信息和移除訂單的商品信息。您還可以查看移除訂單的訂單類型和訂單狀態(tài)，包括數(shù)量（按移除類型）。此報(bào)告還顯示亞馬遜對已完成的移除訂單收取的移除費(fèi)用。請查看移除訂單詳情報(bào)告。

如果退貨訂單的貨件信息可用，您可以查看待處理和已完成退貨的追蹤信息。選擇訂單對應(yīng)的【查看所有已配送商品】，然后在貨件的追蹤編碼右側(cè)選擇承運(yùn)人名稱。此時(shí)，系統(tǒng)會將您轉(zhuǎn)至該承運(yùn)人的網(wǎng)站，以便您查看更多追蹤信息。

提示： 在線報(bào)告包含整個(gè)訂單的信息，而不是單個(gè)商品 (FNSKU) 的信息。有關(guān)每個(gè) FNSKU 的信息，請查看可下載報(bào)告。

Removal order detail report (overview)

This report provides removal order information and product information for removal orders. You can also see order type and order status for removal orders including quantities by removal type. This report also shows removal fees charged for completed removal orders. View the Removal order detail report.

You can view tracking information for pending and completed returns when shipment information is available for a return order. Select View all shipped units for the order, then select the carrier's name to the right of the shipment's tracking number. This takes you to the carrier's website for additional tracking information.

Tip: The online report includes information for the entire order, not for individual products (FNSKU). For information by FNSKU, see the downloadable report.
