在平時(shí)處置店鋪一個(gè)事情的時(shí)候,有時(shí)候須要接洽平臺(tái)客服解決問題,但是半天接洽不上,遇到了各種機(jī)器主動(dòng)生成的回復(fù),答非所問,毫無(wú)朝氣讓人感到非常糟糕。

在大家遇到這樣的問題之后,信任都不想要自己的客戶面對(duì)這樣的糟糕處境。在你與客戶好不容易樹立了不錯(cuò)的關(guān)系之后,最不愿望的就是他們被這樣一封沒有人情味的郵件所搪塞。

當(dāng)遇到客戶未付款訂單時(shí):

We have got your order of XXX. But it seems that the order is still unpaid. If there’s anything could help with the price, etc., please feel free to contact me. After the payment is confirmed, I will process the order and ship it out as soon as possible.
