Wish帶有“要求支付消費(fèi)者VAT”標(biāo)志的訂單的實(shí)行要求

如果包裹中訂單的預(yù)計(jì)用戶(hù)支付產(chǎn)品價(jià)錢(qián)大于或等于135.01英鎊（不包含運(yùn)費(fèi)、保險(xiǎn)和稅費(fèi)等買(mǎi)家支付的所有其他費(fèi)用），這些訂單在商戶(hù)平臺(tái)上將顯示“要求支付消費(fèi)者VAT”標(biāo)志。商戶(hù)必需應(yīng)用提供DAP+服務(wù)的物流服務(wù)商實(shí)行此類(lèi)訂單。提供DAP+服務(wù)的物流服務(wù)商可在邊疆海關(guān)代表用戶(hù)支付應(yīng)納增值稅額，因此商戶(hù)需將增值稅支付給DAP+物流服務(wù)商。

在相關(guān)訂單的“訂單詳情”頁(yè)面，可在“訂單概覽”下面的訂單ID旁邊看到此標(biāo)志（參見(jiàn)下面的屏幕截圖）：

此標(biāo)志也可以在訂單>未實(shí)行的訂單或訂單>歷史記錄頁(yè)面看到。下面的示例來(lái)自訂單>歷史記錄頁(yè)面：

提供DAP+服務(wù)的DAP+物流服務(wù)商針對(duì)商戶(hù)的發(fā)貨地點(diǎn)而有所不同，從中國(guó)內(nèi)地發(fā)貨的商戶(hù)應(yīng)用WishPost物流渠道，從中國(guó)內(nèi)地以外發(fā)貨的商戶(hù)應(yīng)用非WishPost物流渠道。

在實(shí)行標(biāo)有“要求支付消費(fèi)者VAT”標(biāo)志的訂單時(shí)，請(qǐng)商戶(hù)依據(jù)不同發(fā)貨地的相應(yīng)要求進(jìn)行操作：

1.對(duì)于應(yīng)用WishPost從中國(guó)內(nèi)地發(fā)貨的商戶(hù)：

商戶(hù)須應(yīng)用以下任一提供DAP+服務(wù)的WishPost物流渠道配送此類(lèi)訂單：

如前文所述，商戶(hù)仍須打印“包裹概覽”文件，并在發(fā)貨前將其放入包裹內(nèi)。除此之外，對(duì)于應(yīng)用WishPost從中國(guó)內(nèi)地發(fā)貨的英國(guó)路向訂單，將由WishPost代為負(fù)責(zé)所有其他實(shí)行要求（如下文所述，相關(guān)其他實(shí)行要求僅實(shí)用于從中國(guó)內(nèi)地及英國(guó)以外發(fā)貨的非WishPost商戶(hù)）。

2.對(duì)于從中國(guó)內(nèi)地及英國(guó)以外發(fā)貨的商戶(hù)：

商戶(hù)必需應(yīng)用提供DAP+服務(wù)的英國(guó)路向可確認(rèn)妥投的物流服務(wù)商配送此類(lèi)訂單。如需查看可確認(rèn)妥投的物流服務(wù)商的完全名單，請(qǐng)點(diǎn)擊此處。

1).前往訂單>未實(shí)行的訂單或訂單>歷史記錄頁(yè)面。找到相關(guān)的英國(guó)路向訂單，然后瀏覽“訂單詳情”頁(yè)面：

您可以在“訂單詳情”頁(yè)上的“英國(guó)實(shí)行要求”部分找到用戶(hù)支付價(jià)錢(qián)（即，產(chǎn)品總價(jià)+總運(yùn)費(fèi)，參見(jiàn)上面的“訂單詳情”屏幕截圖）和增值稅總額。

正如前文所述，對(duì)于“要求支付消費(fèi)者VAT”的訂單，商戶(hù)需向提供DAP+服務(wù)的英國(guó)路向可確認(rèn)妥投的物流服務(wù)商支付顯示的“代收的增值稅總額”。當(dāng)Wish向商戶(hù)支付訂單貨款時(shí)，會(huì)將“代收的增值稅總額”支付給商戶(hù)；然后商戶(hù)可將該稅額支付給所選的物流服務(wù)商，并在生成的物流標(biāo)簽上包括用戶(hù)支付價(jià)錢(qián)。

2).若要查看新增的必需提供的實(shí)行信息，也可以前往訂單>未實(shí)行的訂單或訂單>歷史記錄頁(yè)面，然后點(diǎn)擊“收貨地址”列中的鏈接。

此時(shí)將打開(kāi)一個(gè)彈窗，其中顯示的配送信息包含訂單的訂單總價(jià)、產(chǎn)品總價(jià)、總運(yùn)費(fèi)和代收的增值稅總額。正如前文所述，生成所選DAP+貨代的物流標(biāo)簽時(shí)，必需包括用戶(hù)支付價(jià)錢(qián)（產(chǎn)品總價(jià)+總運(yùn)費(fèi)）。無(wú)需在物流標(biāo)簽上包括訂單總價(jià)（產(chǎn)品總價(jià)+總運(yùn)費(fèi)+代收的增值稅總額）。

合并包裹對(duì)英國(guó)路向訂單的增值稅有何影響？

請(qǐng)注意，將多個(gè)訂單合并到一個(gè)包裹中時(shí)，包裹的貨值會(huì)增長(zhǎng)。如果您將多個(gè)訂單合并到一個(gè)包裹中，且合并后包裹內(nèi)訂單的用戶(hù)支付價(jià)錢(qián)總額預(yù)計(jì)大于或等于135.01英鎊（不包含運(yùn)費(fèi)、保險(xiǎn)和稅費(fèi)等買(mǎi)家支付的所有其他費(fèi)用），您將需要負(fù)責(zé)代表買(mǎi)家將增值稅支付給貨運(yùn)代理（即使包裹內(nèi)的訂單并未標(biāo)志“要求支付消費(fèi)者VAT”）。因此，如果合并訂單會(huì)導(dǎo)致包裹的用戶(hù)支付價(jià)錢(qián)總額大于或等于135.01英鎊，我們強(qiáng)烈建議商戶(hù)不要合并實(shí)行訂單。

請(qǐng)注意，“要求支付消費(fèi)者VAT”標(biāo)志在商戶(hù)平臺(tái)上是按單個(gè)訂單ID添加的，沒(méi)有思考合并包裹的情形。具體來(lái)說(shuō)，Wish默認(rèn)情形下假定1個(gè)訂單ID等于1個(gè)包裹。因此，如果商戶(hù)將多個(gè)訂單ID合并到一個(gè)包裹中，導(dǎo)致全部包裹的買(mǎi)家支付的產(chǎn)品總價(jià)大于或等于135.01英鎊，那么即使單個(gè)訂單的用戶(hù)支付價(jià)錢(qián)小于或等于135英鎊，并且沒(méi)有顯示“要求支付消費(fèi)者VAT”標(biāo)志，商戶(hù)也需向貨運(yùn)代理支付增值稅。

Aspreviouslymentioned,merchantsareresponsibleforremittingthedisplayedTotalVATcollectedamounttoUK-boundConfirmedDeliveryShippingCarriersofferingDAP+servicesfor“PayCustomerVAT“PC-VAT”required”orders.TheTotalVATcollectedamountwillberemittedbyWishtothemerchantwhenthemerchantreceivespaymentfortheirorder;merchantsmaythenpasstheVATamounttotheirselectedshippingcarrier,alongwithincludingthecustomer-paidpricewhengeneratingashippinglabel.
