9.3WishLocal零售商費用和付款條款

9.3.1訂單付款資歷

如果WishLocal零售商以Wish商戶身份在Wish上出售產(chǎn)品（每筆交易均為“‘在Wish上售賣’交易”），則該“在Wish上售賣”交易將有資歷依照下文所述或Wish另行告訴商戶的方法獲得付款。在不限制任何其他補救的情形下，Wish可以單方面決議在確認用戶完成取貨和在30天的用戶退款期限截止前，延遲匯款并暫扣敷衍給商戶的任何款項。無法通過商戶的WishLocal賬戶或wish商戶平臺的內(nèi)部體系確認已取貨的“在Wish上售賣”交易可能無法獲得付款資歷。Wish將每月兩次就商戶的合資歷“在Wish上售賣”交易向商戶付款。

對于每筆“在Wish上售賣”交易，需由商戶在WishLocal使用中確認用戶已取貨。如果“在Wish上售賣”交易未被確認，則Wish沒有責任就該“在Wish上售賣”交易向商戶付款。

在用戶取到所訂貨物后，用戶可在30天內(nèi)就“在Wish上售賣”交易要求退款。在訂單過了30天的退款期限后，“在Wish上售賣”交易的款項可在下一付款周期立即獲得付款資歷。

9.3.2費用

依據(jù)商戶的Wish賬戶中注明的條款或商戶可能與Wish簽署的任何其他協(xié)定的條款，在產(chǎn)品售出時，Wish將向商戶支付商戶提供應Wish的定價中抽取必定百分比或固定金額。

如果商戶應用用于通過Wish服務售賣產(chǎn)品的服務或功能，或與之相關(guān)的其他服務或產(chǎn)品功能（例如，ProductBoost、FulfillmentByWish等），Wish可能會就這些服務或產(chǎn)品功能收取Wish告訴的某些額外或其他費用。如果Wish推出用于通過Wish服務售賣產(chǎn)品的新服務或功能，或與之相關(guān)的新服務或產(chǎn)品功能，則該服務或產(chǎn)品功能的費用將在服務或產(chǎn)品功能推出時生效。除非另有說明，否則所有費用均以美元(USD)報價。

在某些情形下，包含但不限于無效的交易，Wish可以在商戶的賬單中借記實用費用。

除非《商戶服務條款》或《稅費政策》另有規(guī)定，您有義務支付與應用Wish和在Wish上出售相關(guān)的所有費用和實用稅項。

9.3.1OrderPaymentEligibility

IfaWishLocalRetailersellsanitemonWish(eachsalea“‘SellOnWish’Transaction”)asaWishmerchant,such‘SellOnWish’TransactionwillbeeligibleforpaymentassetoutbeloworasotherwisecommunicatedtothemerchantbyWish.Withoutlimitinganyotherremedies,Wishmayunilaterallydecidetodelaytheremittanceandwithholdanyamountpayabletothemerchantuntilreceivingtheconfirmationoffulfilledpickupandpassingthe30-daycustomerrefundwindow.‘SellonWish’Transactionsthatcannotbeconfirmedaspickedupeitherbythemerchant’sWishLocalaccountorthroughourinternalsystemsmaybeineligibleforpayment.Wishwillpaythemerchantforitseligible‘SellOnWish’Transactionstwicepermonth.

Each‘SellOnWish’TransactionrequiresthemerchanttoconfirmthecustomerpickupinitsWishLocalapplication.Intheeventthata‘SellOnWish’Transactionisnotconfirmed,Wishhasnoobligationtopaythemerchantforsuch‘SellOnWish’Transaction.

Oncethecustomerpicksupthecustomer’sorder,thecustomerwillhave30-daystorequestarefundfora‘SellOnWish’Transaction.Oncetheorderclearsthe30-dayrefundwindow,the‘SellOnWish’Transactionwillbecomeeligibleforpaymentontheimmediatefollowingpaymentcycle.

9.3.2Fees

Dependingonthetermsnotedwithinthemerchant’sWishaccountorthetermsofanyotheragreementthemerchantmayhavewithWish,WishwilleithertakeapercentageorasetamountofthelistpriceprovidedtoWishbythemerchantwhenanitemsells.

ShouldthemerchantuseadditionalservicesorproductfeaturesrelatedtothesalesofitemsthroughorinconnectionwithWish’sservices(e.g.,ProductBoost,FulfillmentbyWish,etc.),theseservicesorproductfeaturesmaybesubjecttocertainadditionalordifferentfeesascommunicatedbyWish.IntheeventWishintroducesanewserviceorproductfeaturerelatedtothesalesofitemsthroughorinconnectionwithWish’sservices,thefeesforthatserviceorproductfeaturewillbeeffectiveuponthelaunchoftheserviceorproductfeature.Unlessotherwisestated,allfeesarequotedinUSDollars(USD).

Incertainsituations,includingbutnotlimitedtoavoidorinvalidtransaction,Wishmayissueadebittoamerchant’sbillingstatementfortheapplicablefees.

ExceptassetforthintheMerchantTermsofServiceortheTaxPolicy,youareresponsibleforpayingallfeesandapplicabletaxesassociatedwithusingandsellingonWish.
