添加備用驗證方法

設(shè)置主要的兩步驗證方法后，您可以設(shè)置一個或多個替代驗證方法來作為備用方法。當您的主要驗證方法不可用時，這非常有用。

步驟：

1. 在 Shopify 后臺，點擊您的用戶名和賬戶圖片。

2. 點擊管理賬戶 > 安全。

3. 在兩步驗證部分中，點擊添加備用方法

4. 選擇以下選項之一：

• 驗證器應用

• 安全密鑰或生物識別技術(shù)

• 備用電話

5. 點擊下一步。

6. 根據(jù)所選方法設(shè)置備用。

7. 可選：使用此過程設(shè)置其他備用方法。

8. 請妥善保存您的恢復代碼，萬一您無法訪問移動設(shè)備時可以使用。請確保將恢復代碼離線保存到可通過多種方式訪問的安全位置，例如移動設(shè)備、臺式電腦和打印出的文檔。

下次登錄 Shopify 后臺時，您可以選擇要使用的驗證方法。

兩步驗證恢復代碼

設(shè)置兩步驗證方法時，您可以保存 10 個恢復代碼并將其存儲在安全位置。如果任何其他驗證方法不可用，您都可以使用恢復代碼訪問 Shopify 后臺。例如，在您無法訪問移動設(shè)備時，如果您已啟用了兩步驗證，您便可以使用其中一個恢復代碼登錄您的賬戶。

Add a backup authentication method

After you've set up your primary method of two-step authentication, you can set up one or more alternate authentication methods as backup. This is useful when your primary authentication method is unavailable.

Steps:

1. From your Shopify admin, click your username and account picture.

2. Click Manage account > Security.

3. In the Two-step authentication section, click Add a backup method

4. Select one of the following options:

• Authenticator app

• Security key or Biometrics

• Backup phone

5. Click Next.

6. Set up the backup two-step authentication according to the method that you selected.

7. Optional: Set up another backup method using this procedure.

8. Save your recovery codes in case you lose access to your mobile device. Make sure that you store them in a safe location offline that you can access in multiple ways, such as from your mobile device, your desktop computer, and from a printed document.

The next time you log in to your Shopify admin, you can select which authentication method to use.

Two-step authentication recovery codes

When you set up a two-step authentication method, you have the opportunity to save ten recovery codes and store them in a safe place. Recovery codes enable you to access your Shofy admin if any other authentication method is not available. For example, if you don't have access to your mobile device, then you can use one of your recovery codes to log in to your account if it has two-step authentication enabled.

Make sure that you store your recovery codes in a safe place. You can print, copy, or download the recovery codes. In addition, you can store your recovery codes in a cloud storage location that you can access easily, such as the following:

• Dropbox

• iCloud

• Google Drive

You can use a password manager such as the following:

• Lastpass

• 1Password

admin, click your username and account picture.

Click Manage account > Security.

In the Two-step authentication section, under Save your recover codes, click View codes.

Optional: If you've used all ten of your recovery codes previously, then click Generate new codes.

Do any of the following:

• To print a PDF or hard copy of the recovery codes, click Print es.

• To copy and paste the recovery codes into an electronic document, click Copy codes.

• To download the recovery codes to a txt file on your device, click Download codes.

Store your recovery codes in a safe place.
