通過兩步驗證確保賬戶安全

（也稱為雙重驗證或多重驗證）提供更安全的登錄過程。當您本人以外的任何人嘗試使用您的賬戶登錄您的 Shopify 后臺時，兩步驗證可提供額外的安全性。嘗試登錄時，您需要完成兩個單獨步驟：

例如，當您在銀行提取現(xiàn)金時，您需要用到已有的一些東西（您的借記卡）以及您知道的一些內容（您的 PIN）。兩步驗證與此相似，只不過每次登錄 Shopify 賬戶時，您還需要使用驗證方法（例如一次性代碼）。而一次性代碼會在使用后過期，并且無法再次使用。

所有員工賬戶均可設置兩步驗證，但是店主無法為員工激活驗證方法。員工需要為自己的賬戶設置兩步驗證。

Secure your account with two-step authentication

Two-step authentication (also known as two-factor authentication or multifactor authentication) vides a more secure login process. Two-step authentication provides extra security in anyone other than you attempts to log in to your Shopify admin using your account. When you attempt to log in, you need to complete two separate steps:

1. Enter your account credentials, which are your email address and your password.

2. Authenticate your attempt to log in using a mobile device or a security key.

Two-step authentication makes it much more difficult for an unauthorized person to access your account. Even if someone else learns your password, they won't be able to log in without the second step.

Secure two-step authentication relies on combining two factors, which can be something you know (such as your email address and password combination), something you have (such as a one-time use code that is provided by an authentication app or through SMS text, or a security key), or something you are (biometric authentication, such as a fingrint).

For example, when you make a cash withdrawal at the bank, you need something you have (your debit card) and something you know (your PIN). Two-factor authentication is similar, but you also need to use an authentication method, such as a one-time use code, every time that you log in to your Shopify account. In the case of a one-time use code, the code expires after it's used and it can't be used again.

Two-step authentication can be set up for all staff accounts, but the store owner can't activate it for staff. Staff need to set up two-step authentication for their own accounts.
