我們接觸過(guò)很多工廠(chǎng)和傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易商發(fā)現(xiàn)大家有幾個(gè)共同點(diǎn):
①很多工廠(chǎng)、傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易商都認(rèn)為自己的產(chǎn)品一定是最好的,質(zhì)量絕對(duì)不會(huì)有任何問(wèn)題,只要上架就一定會(huì)賣(mài)得好。
我們知道這么說(shuō)可能會(huì)戳到不少老板們的心啊。自己工廠(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品,自然對(duì)它的生產(chǎn)工藝了如指掌,也對(duì)它非常有信心。
但不可否認(rèn)的是,在亞馬遜或其他跨境電商平臺(tái)我們僅僅單方面宣布我們的產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢(shì)巨大是不會(huì)有太大效果的。王婆賣(mài)瓜,縱使是夸得天花亂墜,只要產(chǎn)品不能真正直擊客戶(hù)心靈,客戶(hù)便不會(huì)真正買(mǎi)單。
就像是談戀愛(ài)一樣,單方面宣布喜歡某個(gè)人,那叫單戀,一個(gè)巴掌拍不響;只有互相愛(ài)慕并表達(dá)出來(lái),才算是真正相戀。
生產(chǎn)并銷(xiāo)售產(chǎn)品也是一樣,只有滿(mǎn)足了客戶(hù)需求的優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品,客戶(hù)才會(huì)愿意購(gòu)買(mǎi)。客戶(hù)說(shuō)我們的產(chǎn)品好,那才是真的好。

②不能接受大起大落,缺少足夠的耐心。
這里的大起大落是指工廠(chǎng)、貿(mào)易商以前接的都是B2B訂單。一個(gè)訂單少則幾萬(wàn),多的上百萬(wàn)。但對(duì)于B2C為主的跨境電商平臺(tái)來(lái)說(shuō),訂單都是小批量單子,前期出單也不穩(wěn)定。這時(shí)往往很多工廠(chǎng)、傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易商就沒(méi)有耐心了,“單量也太少了,忙活了那么久都沒(méi)我B2B一單多”,然后中途放棄。
