滯納金英文是Late fee，或許用 Overdue Payment 會更加接近一些，因為滯納金大多時候是指針對不按納稅期限繳納稅款或者不按還款期限歸還貸款，按滯納天數(shù)加收滯納款項一定比例的金額，它是稅務(wù)機關(guān)或者債權(quán)人對逾期當(dāng)事人給予經(jīng)濟制裁的一種措施。

What is a late fee(滯納金)？

滯納金是對沒有按時繳款的一種懲罰制度,滯納金是利滾利的,嚴重時還影響到個人的信用.對于未能在到期還款日營業(yè)終了前償還最低還款額的，除應(yīng)按期計付貸款利息外，還應(yīng)按最低還款額未還部分的5%支付滯納金。滯納金是對持卡人不能按期足額償還最低還款額的懲罰。 連續(xù)兩次（含）以上在到期還款日營業(yè)終了前未能足額償還最低還款額的，發(fā)卡機構(gòu)可以停止該卡的使用。
