滯納金英文是Late fee，或許用 Overdue Payment 會(huì)更加接近一些，因?yàn)闇{金大多時(shí)候是指針對(duì)不按納稅期限繳納稅款或者不按還款期限歸還貸款，按滯納天數(shù)加收滯納款項(xiàng)一定比例的金額，它是稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)或者債權(quán)人對(duì)逾期當(dāng)事人給予經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁的一種措施。

What is a late fee(滯納金)？

滯納金是對(duì)沒(méi)有按時(shí)繳款的一種懲罰制度,滯納金是利滾利的,嚴(yán)重時(shí)還影響到個(gè)人的信用.對(duì)于未能在到期還款日營(yíng)業(yè)終了前償還最低還款額的，除應(yīng)按期計(jì)付貸款利息外，還應(yīng)按最低還款額未還部分的5%支付滯納金。滯納金是對(duì)持卡人不能按期足額償還最低還款額的懲罰。 連續(xù)兩次（含）以上在到期還款日營(yíng)業(yè)終了前未能足額償還最低還款額的，發(fā)卡機(jī)構(gòu)可以停止該卡的使用。
