Over the last few months, we have made several temporary adjustments to our operations due to COVID-19. We continue to adhere to extensive health and safety measures and have made more than 150 process updates to protect our associates as they pick, pack, and ship products to customers. Since May 9, 2020, we have removed quantity limits on products you can send to our fulfillment centers, and we continue to improve on customer promises and delivery speeds across our store.
To help you restore inventory levels, we encourage you to check the Restock Inventory page and the Restock report to view the latest recommended replenishment quantities and dates for your products. Our recommendations help to minimize out-of-stock or low-stock situations by taking into account demand forecasts and the product-level information you provide.
To help you ship products from China directly to our fulfillment centers in the US, we have added new and more frequent flight options for you to select through Global Shipping Services. Learn more about the offerings from Global Shipping Services.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to follow Amazon’s restock recommendations?
We encourage you to follow recommended replenishment quantity and ship dates to help avoid out-of-stock or low-stock situations. Our recommendations take into account demand forecasts and the product-level information you provide. Please fine-tune your restock recommendations by adjusting product-level information such as seller and supplier lead times, and replenishment frequency. To update these settings for a particular product from the Restock Inventory page, select "Customize SKU settings" from the drop-down menu to the right. You can also configure your settings in bulk by clicking "Customize SKU settings" at the top right of the page.
Can I create removal orders for my inventory units?
Yes. You can continue to create removal orders but there may be delays in completing these orders. This also applies to removal orders created through the automatic removal system. Please note that removal fees are charged only when removal orders are completed. The listing will stay active on Amazon until we start to process your removal order.
