獲取免稅證明

如果您參與的稅收計(jì)算服務(wù)并注冊(cè)亞馬遜免稅計(jì)劃 (ATEP)，可以按照以下步驟通過(guò)免稅銷售獲得免稅證明：

1. 以主要賬戶持有人的身份登錄賣(mài)家平臺(tái)。只有主要賬戶持有人才能獲得免稅證明。

2. 在報(bào)告下方,單擊稅收文檔庫(kù)。

3. 單擊免稅證明。

4. 輸入您的搜索條件（訂單編號(hào)或日期范圍）。

5. 單擊獲取報(bào)告按鈕。

6. 單擊報(bào)告 (CSV) 列下方的下載報(bào)告按鈕。

7. 從下載的報(bào)告中復(fù)制安全鏈接并將其粘貼到瀏覽器中。

8. 登錄賣(mài)家平臺(tái)。您的免稅證明將自動(dòng)生成。

注意：請(qǐng)務(wù)必檢查每一份免稅證明報(bào)告中的賣(mài)家信息，以確認(rèn)其準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤。

如果按照上述步驟操作無(wú)法獲得免稅證明，請(qǐng)確認(rèn)您是否符合以下條件：

• 您已注冊(cè) ATEP。轉(zhuǎn)到免稅計(jì)劃，了解有關(guān)如何注冊(cè)加入 ATEP 的信息。

• 您未注冊(cè)亞馬遜物流 (FBA)。物流賣(mài)家必須聯(lián)系賣(mài)家支持來(lái)請(qǐng)求免稅證明。

• 您提供的訂單編號(hào)有效。

• 您提供的日期范圍有效。

• 您提供的訂單編號(hào)或日期范圍有對(duì)應(yīng)的免稅銷售。

• 您確認(rèn)該訂單已在 48 小時(shí)之前發(fā)運(yùn)。

Get Tax-Exemption Certificates

If you participate in Amazon’s tax calculation services and are enrolled in the Amazon Tax-Exemption Program (ATEP), you can get the tax-exemption certificates from your tax-exempt sales by following these steps:

1. Sign in to Seller Central as the primary account holder. Only the primary account holder can get tax-exemption certificates.

2. Under Reports, click on Tax Document Library.

3. Click on Tax-Exemption Certificates.

4. Enter your search criteria (order ID or date range).

5. Click the Get report button.

6. Click the Download report button under the Reports (CSV) column.

7. Copy and paste the secure link into your browser from the downloaded report.

8. Sign in to Seller Central. Your tax-exemption certificate will generate automatically.

   Note: Always review the seller information on each tax-exemption certificate report to confirm that it is accurate.

   If you are unable to get a tax-exemption certificate by following the steps above, confirm that you meet the following criteria:

• You are enrolled in ATEP. Go to Amazon Tax-Exemption Program for information on how to enroll in ATEP.

• You are not enrolled in Fulfillment by Amazon (). sellers must contact Seller Support to request tax-exemption certificates.

• The order ID you provided is valid.

• The date range you provided is valid.

• You have tax-exempt sales for the order ID or the date range you provided.

• You confirmed the shipment of your order more than 48 hours ago.
