9.3.3付款

在商戶(hù)遵守服務(wù)條款和其他 政策的前提下，除去應(yīng)退還給用戶(hù)的任何款項(xiàng)、適用于商戶(hù)賬戶(hù)的費(fèi)用、針對(duì)商戶(hù)的賠款、酌情預(yù)付款或通過(guò)支付處理商支付的預(yù)付款，或 Wish 有權(quán)針對(duì)商戶(hù)抵銷(xiāo)的其他收費(fèi)或金額（統(tǒng)稱(chēng)為“收費(fèi)”），商戶(hù)應(yīng)獲支付下述金額。

9.3.3.1付款金額

根據(jù)商戶(hù)的 Wish 賬戶(hù)中注明的條款或商戶(hù)可能與 Wish 簽訂的任何其他協(xié)議的條款，在產(chǎn)品售出時(shí)，Wish 將向商戶(hù)支付商戶(hù)提供給 Wish 的定價(jià)（+產(chǎn)品運(yùn)費(fèi)）的一定百分比或固定金額。商戶(hù)可以在商戶(hù)平臺(tái)的“賬戶(hù)”>“設(shè)置”頁(yè)面獲取此信息。了解更多

9.3.3.2付款

Wish 通常會(huì)每月兩次就商戶(hù)的合資格交易向商戶(hù)付款。如果出現(xiàn)以下情況，Wish 可經(jīng)其合理酌情決定修改此支付時(shí)間表：

(a) 商戶(hù)不遵守服務(wù)條款或本“費(fèi)用和付款政策”；

(b) 商戶(hù)在付款周期內(nèi)更換其支付服務(wù)商；

(c) 商戶(hù)遭到與商戶(hù)使用本服務(wù)相關(guān)的第三方索賠、法律訴訟或政府調(diào)查；

(d) Wish 合理懷疑商戶(hù)賬戶(hù)存在安全漏洞、遭到黑客入侵或以其他方式受到侵害；或 

(e) Wish 已向商戶(hù)告知不同的支付時(shí)間表。在向商戶(hù)支付款項(xiàng)后，資金可能需要5 - 7個(gè)工作日方可到達(dá)您的商戶(hù)或支付服務(wù)商賬戶(hù)。

可付款的商戶(hù)賬戶(hù)余額在一定程度上基于 Wish 獲得的某些信息估算。Wish 無(wú)法保證向商戶(hù)支付的付款金額與商戶(hù)賬戶(hù)中顯示的余額金額相同，且 Wish 對(duì)這兩個(gè)金額之間的任何差異不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任。

9.3.3Payments

Provided the merchant is in compliance with the Terms of Service and other Wish policies, and excluding any amounts due to refunds to customers, fees applied to merchant accounts, penalties issued against the merchant, discretionary advances or advances made through payment processors, or other charges or amounts that Wish is entitled to offset against the merchant (collectively, the “Charges”), the merchant shall be paid the amounts noted below.

9.3.3.1Payment Amounts

Depending on the terms noted within the merchant’s Wish account or the terms of any other agreement the merchant may have with Wish, when an item sells, Wish will pay the merchant either a percentage or a set amount of the listed product price plus the listed shipping price (combined) as provided to Wish by the merchant. Payments will be a net amount reflecting the merchant’s prices (listed product price and listed shipping price) less any Charges.

9.3.3.2Disbursements

Wish generally will disburse payments to merchants for their eligible transactions twice per month. This disbursal schedule may change, at Wish’s reasonable discretion, if (a) the merchant is not in compliance with the Terms of Service or these Fees and Payment policies, (b) the merchant changes its payment provider during a payment cycle, (c) the merchant is involved in a third-party claim, legal proceeding, or governmental inquiry related to the merchant’s use of the Services, (d) Wish reasonably suspects that the merchant account has security vulnerabilities, has been hacked, or otherwise has been compromised, or (e) Wish has communicated a different disbursal schedule to the merchant. Upon making a payment disbursal to the merchant, it may take 5 - 7 business days for the funds to arrive in your merchant or your provider’s account.

Merchants' account balances available for disbursal are estimates based, in part, on certain information made available to Wish. cannot guarantee that the disbursal amount made to the merchant will be identical to the amount visible to the merchant displayed as its account balance within its account, and Wish shall not be liable for any discrepancy between these two amounts.
