跨境電商物流信息郵件溝通模板
在跨境賣家物流運(yùn)輸進(jìn)程中,買家最想懂得產(chǎn)品的貨運(yùn)進(jìn)度。為了及時(shí)良好的溝通可以進(jìn)步買家的交易體驗(yàn)。我們?yōu)槟┙o了四個(gè)郵件模板,以堅(jiān)持與買家的溝通。
貨物發(fā)貨后,告訴買家有關(guān)貨物的信息:
Hello Sir/Madam
It's a pleasure to tell that the postman just picked up your item from our warehouse. It's by EMS, 5-7 working days to arrive.

Tracking web is: XXXXXXXXX

物流信息更新到網(wǎng)頁須要1-2個(gè)工作日,我們會實(shí)時(shí)查看物流信息。如果物流延遲,我們會及時(shí)通知你。

推舉理由:告訴買家產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)發(fā)貨,給買家一個(gè)初步的交易期待時(shí)光區(qū)間。如果應(yīng)用小包或遇到物流堵塞事故,也可以通過這封郵件通知買家,做好產(chǎn)品延遲達(dá)到的心理預(yù)備。
貨物達(dá)到海關(guān)后,提示貨物運(yùn)輸進(jìn)展:
Hello Sir/Madam
This is XXX. I am sending this message to update the status of your order. The information shows it was handed to customs on Jan. 19. Tracking number:************. You can check it from web: XXXXXXXXX.

網(wǎng)站評論:在產(chǎn)品通關(guān)時(shí)告訴客戶貨物的交付進(jìn)度。如果貨物擁擠,向買家報(bào)歉。如果產(chǎn)品須要報(bào)關(guān),可以通知買家提前做好預(yù)備。
貨物達(dá)到郵局,提示買家給予好評:
Hello Sir/Madam
This is **. I am sending this message to update the status of your order. The information shows it is still transferred by Sydney post office. Tracking number:************. Please check the web *******.

推舉理由:提示客戶在投遞進(jìn)程中不要錯(cuò)過投遞信息,堅(jiān)持手機(jī)啟動。同時(shí)可以提示客戶留下評論。這樣可以有效下降壞評價(jià)的可能性,增長買家對你服務(wù)的評價(jià)。
