8.8違反 Wish 商戶政策

如果商戶利用 Wish 政策為自己謀利，該商戶賬戶將面臨被暫停的風(fēng)險。

8.9關(guān)聯(lián)賬戶被暫停

如果商戶與另一個賬戶被暫停交易的商戶關(guān)聯(lián)，則前者的賬戶將有被暫停交易的風(fēng)險。

8.10高退款率

如果商戶的退款率過高，其賬戶將面臨被暫停交易的風(fēng)險。

8.11高自動退款率

如果商戶的自動退款率過高，其賬戶將面臨被暫停交易的風(fēng)險。

8.12高拒付比率

如果商戶的拒付率過高，其商戶賬戶將面臨被暫停交易的風(fēng)險。

8.13注冊多個商戶賬戶

若商戶在 Wish 平臺注冊了多個賬戶，其賬戶將面臨被暫停交易的風(fēng)險。

8.14使用無法證實的物流單號

如果商戶有過多無法證實的物流單號，則其賬戶將面臨被暫停的風(fēng)險。

8.15向用戶發(fā)送空包裹

如果商戶向用戶發(fā)送空包裹，其賬戶將面臨被暫停的風(fēng)險。

8.16使用虛假物流單號

若商戶使用虛假物流單號，其賬戶將面臨賠款或暫停交易的風(fēng)險。

8.17包裹送至錯誤地址

如果商戶有過多的包裹被配送至錯誤地址，則其賬戶將面臨被暫停交易的風(fēng)險。

8.18高延時確認履行率

如果商戶賬戶的延時確認履行率過高，則其賬戶將面臨被暫停的風(fēng)險。

8.19禁售品和/或虛假物流訂單比例高

若商戶的禁售品訂單和/或使用虛假物流單號的訂單比例過高，那么其賬戶將面臨暫停交易、付款暫扣和產(chǎn)品曝光量限制的處罰。禁售品包括但不僅限于誤導(dǎo)性產(chǎn)品。

8.20商戶滋擾 Wish 員工或財產(chǎn)

非常重視 Wish 員工、辦公室和/或財產(chǎn)的安全。任何形式的滋擾、威脅、未經(jīng)邀請地訪問 Wish 不動產(chǎn)所在地并拒絕離開，或任何針對 Wish 員工、辦公室或財產(chǎn)的此類不當(dāng)或非法行為，都將被處以賠款。若商戶被發(fā)現(xiàn)從事此類不當(dāng)行為，該商戶的賬戶款項將被永久扣留，且該商戶將被處以每次違規(guī)$100,000.00*的賠款。

* 此金額可按商戶的本地貨幣計算，且/或受商戶政策11約束。

8.8Violating Wish merchant policies

If a merchant is taking advantage of policies Wish has set in place for their own profit, the merchant account is at risk of suspension.

8.9Related account is suspended

If a merchant is linked to another merchant whose account is suspended, the merchant account is at risk of suspension.

8.10High refund ratio

If a merchant has a high refund ratio, the merchant account is at risk of suspension.

8.11High auto refund ratio

If a merchant has a high auto refund ratio, the merchant account is at risk of suspension.

8.12High chargeback ratio

If a merchant has an unacceptably high chargeback ratio, the merchant account is at risk of suspension.

8.13Registering for multiple merchant accounts

If a merchant has registered for multiple accounts on Wish, the merchant account is at risk of suspension.

8.14Using unconfirmed tracking numbers

If a merchant has an unacceptably high number of tracking numbers that cannot be confirmed, the merchant account is at risk of suspension.

8.15Sending empty packages to customers

If a merchant is sending empty packages to customers, the merchant account is at risk of suspension.

8.16Using fake tracking numbers

If a merchant is using fake tracking numbers, the merchant account is at risk of penalty or suspension.

8.17Sending packages to the wrong address

If a merchant has an unacceptably high number of packages sent to the wrong address, the merchant account is at risk of suspension.

8.18High late confirmed fulfillment rate

If a merchant account has an unacceptably high late confirmed fulfillment rate, the merchant account is at risk of suspension.

8.19High ratio of prohibited products and/or orders with fake tracking

If a merchant has an unacceptably high percentage of orders from prohibited products and/or orders shipped with fake tracking, their merchant account is subject to suspension, withheld payments, and decreased impressions for products. Prohibited products include but are not limited to misleading products.

8.20Merchant harassment of Wish employees or property

Wish takes the safety of Wish employees, offices, and/or properties very seriously. Any form of harassment, threats, uninvited visits, refusal to leave properties, or any such inappropriate or unlawful behavior towards Wish employees, offices, or properties will be penalized. If a merchant is found to be engaged in these inappropriate behaviors, the merchant’s account payments will be withheld permanently and the merchant will be penalized $100,000.00* per incident.

* This amount may be calculated in the merchant’s local currency and/or be subject to Merchant Policy 11.
